This site was designed by Frank Heinley, and is powered by the Joomla! content management system. Joomla! is a free, open source product which provides a means of providing a dynamic, content driven web site. In addition to Joomla! itself, a number of plug-ins were used to provide additional or enhanced functionality.

The site went live in July 2007, and a lot of the articles have that date because they were all loaded on at that time. April 2008 the site was upgraded to the latest version of Joomla.
